UPDATE: PULSATING UFO OVER VANCOUVER - MAY 26, 2013!The following video footage was submitted by Vancouver resident Charles Lamoureux. He is an avid skywatcher and has been observing these UFOs for over a year, from downtown Vancouver.

EYE-WITNESS REPORT:

"Same capture of UFO pulsating and friends. Colored the background and slow down time when the meteor shot overhead. If it was a meteor? Looks like it may have changed direction a bit, but hard to tell. The interesting piece zoomed in a tad, as the strobe object seems to morph or tumble, not sure which. For sure, interesting."
