We were heading home after trick or treating, we reached our destination 307 silver street, when all of sudden we spotted a oddly shaped thing in the sky hovering, it was like folded and then in a split second it was hovering over my apartment, It was black in color and football field in length. My daughter and my fiance were in such awe we stepped out and looked up and inspected it. It was quiet & it had an arrow shape light on the bottom. With in a few mins we realized it seemed to be inspecting us. It made zero noise and was yet hovering.
