Given intelligent aliens it is not likely that we lead the pack as far as technology and science are concerned. In fact, if one thinks of the billions of years involved, there should be races that are millions of years ahead of us. When we think of what our own race has managed to achieve in the past few hundred years of technological development we boggle at what could be achieved in millions of years by these hypothetical aliens. Surely their technology must be like magic to us, as far beyond our comprehension and the laser are beyond the comprehension of a caveman. See article.

UFO LANDS IN JAPAN, Video STUNS THE Society

The footage below is regarded by Japanese UFO enthusiasts as the most robust habitually film subjugated in Japan of what coerce well be a spacecraft of extraterrestrial origin; proving that aliens are visiting Homeland.
Wonderfully the UFO clip has minute seen outside of Japan. Several Ufologists feature to a ornate, large-scale conspiracy defensive the burble of information on the arm involving countries and cultures.
This UFO video shocked test audiences in imitation of it appeared on the show of Mr Hazime Makoto virtually a day ago. Mr Hazime Makoto, dull 75, is Japan's most well-known media personality (Most likely to Japan what Jaime Maussan is to Mexico).

Paul Hellyer is widely known and credited for his work to unify the Canadian Armed Forces. In 2005, he made headlines by announcing that "UFOs are as real as the airplanes flying overhead." That statement made him the first cabinet-ranked individual in the G8 group of nations to say that UFOs were unequivocably real.
"Since then, Ive learned a lot from many sources, including a number of the fantastic witnesses that we have heard these last [five] days."
Among the things Hellyer says he has learned and believes is a particular document that concluded at least four species had been visiting Earth for thousands of years: "This is my own view at this stage, as well.... They are different species and, consequently, may have different agendas. I dont think we can say that they all have the same agenda any more than we can say that the United States, China and Russia have the same agenda. Our real interests may be similar, but as of now, our perceived interests are still quite far apart."
"My interest is in about 95 to 98 percent of full disclosure -- I know of one or two things that Im not sure should be in the public domain, at least yet. They will be someday, Im sure. But just as children survive the idea of the tooth fairy and Santa Claus when they become adult, I think the taxpaying citizens are quite capable of accepting the new and broader reality that we live in a cosmos teeming with life of various sorts.
"The fact that some other civilizations are more advanced than we are may be humbling. But that could be a necessary step in our survival."
Several of the former members of Congress who presided over the 5-day hearing suggested they would be interested in reuniting to try and take the UFO-ET disclosure issue to the United Nations.

Two "lol wut" moments in ufology
While Stephen Hawking muses that we shouldn't engage with potentially hostile ETs, and exopolitician Alfred Webre accuses Hawking of taking part in a massive ET smear campaign/time travel coverup, Dan Ackroyd (an exopolitician in his own right) airs his opinion that aliens of 23 different species should be arrested on sight for abducting Earthlings. But he figures aliens don't want any part of Earth citizens after 9/11, so it's kind of moot. This does raise an interesting question, though: Should human laws apply to visiting aliens? And if we reach their planet(s) someday, should their laws apply to us? I'd say "no", but I'm obviously not privy to the same info as Mr. Ackroyd is...
Since 1974, Vancouver grandma Dorothy Izatt has been filming UFOs and anomalous lights that flit around her house on a regular basis. This footage, taken in the mid '90s, supposedly shows three aliens standing at the "porthole" of their craft. According to some viewers, the alien in the forefront can *clearly* be seen moving its head and/or arm.
In other words, some grayish blobs appear onscreen.

In the course of researching his novels, military falsehood writer Mack Maloney discovered amazing earlier period documentation of an increase of UFO sightings offering essential military deeds. An international team of amateur and professional astronomers has discovered a planet whose skies are lit up by four suns - the first reported case of such a phenomenon - posted on the ARXIV PRE-PRINT SERVER and announced Monday, October 15, 2012 The planet, located about 5000 light years from Earth, has been dubbed PH1 in honor of Planet Hunters, a program led by Yale University in the United States which enlists volunteers to look for signs of new planets, reports the BBC, IO9 AND NASA JPL/CIT. PH1 is orbiting two suns, and in turn is orbited by a second distant pair of stars. Only six planets are known to orbit two stars, researchers say, and none of those are orbited by other distant stars. A gas giant, PH1 has a radius about 6.2 times that of Earth, making it a bit bigger than Neptune. It orbits a pair of eclipsing stars that are 1.5 and 0.41 times the mass of the sun roughly every 138 days. The discovery was made by volunteers using the PLANETHUNTERS.ORG website along with a team from UK and US institutes; follow-up observations were made with the Keck Observatory after the review of the Kepler spacecraft data.

UFO Debunkers Dirty Little Secret
Next time a debunker tries to explain away UFOs as nothing ask him what he thinks of his side's dirty little secret, the one they won't talk about. The reason debunkers don't want to discuss this subject too much is because it makes them very uneasy. In fact, it puts into question every "proclamation explanation" they ever put forward to dismiss UFOs. This secret is the power of UFOs to interfere with any type of electrical equipment. We don't just have a few cases of these "interference" reports we have thousands of independent reports, from farmers in the field, to "Fighter Pilots" on dangerous UFO intercept missions. UFOs have even done the impossible when it comes to electrical interference, they have shut down triple redundant missile silos; twenty of them. That is sixty combined redundant electrical systems. One very silly explanation for the "no go" is there was a blackout "around" that time. Tell me how anyone could believe the military hadn't thought of the possibility of our enemy would knock out the power grid? In fact, they did by having triple redundancy with their own generators. Remember that aircraft have redundant systems also and these were disabled many times too.
The military completely dismissed as "unfounded" the UFO sighting at the silos and we know without doubt the military is always honest about UFOs with the people...don't we?
Now let's take a closer look at this secret. One explanation of electrical interference is plasma balls. You can create plasma balls with a microwave oven and a match stick. Funny thing though, the plasma balls don't interfere with the microwave electrical system while they form, it just keeps chugging along. J As for mile wide plasma balls flying around our atmosphere; they have way less proof of that than UFO craft. By the way, do plasma balls have different colored lights around them?

Let's look at the reports from the early stages to now.
The book, Strange Company, by Keith Richards which chronicles the "Foo fighters" of the WWII starts out our investigations:
Pg 196; "On September 28, Lt. Colonel A. Sullivan with the US Signal Corp, wrote in a message to General McDonald titled "Remote Interference with Aircraft"... "Interference has been reported well before 1940... An investigation," Sullivan wrote, "has been completed on the subject and it is considered that there is no means presently known which was in deployment or used by the German Air force which could interfere with engines of aircraft in flight."
The cases below are strikingly similar no matter where or when the sightings took place:

Summary: Businessman Beauford E. Parham was returning home late on the evening of June 29, 1964. "I spotted a very bright light in the sky... coming directly toward my car," the witness said in a letter to a NICAP member. "The next instance it was directly in front of my headlights spinning like a giant top. It was shaped like a top and made a hissing sound like a million snakes."
The UFO, "big enough to hold a man," was amber-colored, about six feet tall and eight feet wide. A tower-like projection with a dark band was seen at the top. Vane-like configurations were also observed. Small portholes dotted the bottom, through which "flames" could be detected...Disappearing in a flash, the strange object reappeared a second time. "...It stayed directly in front of my headlights for at least a mile, never touching the car but spinning just in front of my lights," said Parham....After disappearing, the UFO reappeared for a third time, again heading directly toward the car. The vehicle's motor began to miss and the driver stopped the car. After "spinning like crazy," the object took off and disappeared in a "split second."
The UFO only interfered with the vehicle the third time, indicating to me the object controlled what happened and what didn't. By the way, Mr. Parham suffered burns to his arms.

Summary: Stig Ekberg and Harry Sjoberg were driving on the Island of Vaddo, Sweden, when they were approached by a flattened sphere shaped object. It settled in the middle of the road, about 100 meters in front of them. After about ten minutes, the object lifted off and accelerated away. At the landing site, the witnesses found a shiny "rock" that was hot to the touch. It was a three-sided piece of metal about the size of a matchbox, and had a heavy weight. Upon analysis, the object was found to be composed of tungsten carbide and cobalt.
"...According to a summary of the case compiled by Von Ludwiger (1998), the two witnesses, Stig Ekberg and Harry Sjoberg, were building a house on the island of Vaddo, about 90 kilometers north-northwest of Stockholm. At about 10 p.m., Ekberg was driving his Ford V8 pickup when they saw a bright flying object with the shape of a flattened sphere 8 meters wide and 3 meters high approaching from the right (from the east) against the clear night sky. They estimated that it flew about 1 kilometer in front of them at an altitude of 100 meters. Suddenly it made a sharp turn toward them, at which time the truck engine sputtered and died and the headlights went out. The object started "slowly gliding down." It seemed to rock back and forth until it came to a stop in the middle of the road, about 100 meters in front of them, 1 meter above the ground. "It was illuminating the surrounding landscape with such a tremendous amount of light that even a barn, half a kilometer away, was visible as if the sun was shining." The air smelled like ozone and smoldering insulation.
After about ten minutes the light of the object intensified, it lifted off the ground, moved to the left and up, made a sudden turn, and accelerated away in the direction from which it came. At that point Ekberg was able to restart the truck normally, and the headlights came back on."
Here again we see the electrical interference powerful enough to stop a car's engine and turn off the lights. But this is not proof, is it? What is next kind of puts a damper on the plasma ball explanation.

THE OBJECT WAS OF THE SIZE AND SHAPE OF A RUGBY BALL. THE PHONES STOPPED WORKING AND THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS OF SEVERAL CARS WERE LEFT FOR DEAD."
"...Residents of Vespucio took to the streets to look at the object, which remained motionless for 40 minutes before vanishing suddenly toward the west at "prodigious" speed, according to witnesses. A housewife who chose to remain anonymous said "it was oddly beautiful. The intensity of the light was enormous although it produced no fear whatsoever." The same woman added that "we were all marvelled at first but got nervous when we realized that along with the phenomenon, the phones stopped working and the electrical systems of several cars were left for dead, making it impossible to start them or turn on their lights."
Residents of the Tablillas area, some 3 km inside the canyon where Campamento Vespucio is located and consequently closer to the UFO, were not surprised by the event, since they said "we are used to seeing this singular luminous events since 1999, and the fact remains that whenever they appear, they cause failures in motor and electrical systems." Only a few families live in this place, all of them former workers and employees of YPF who chose to remain in the area after privatization, which can be reached along a tortuous dirt road leading to the Pan American oil company operations. The road also leads to onther gas and oil wells which currently register no services whatsoever."
We have the beginnings of what UFOs can do. Even before WWII these effects on electrical systems were known and investigated.

Right from the start the government knew about the electrical interference. The debate raged on until the scientific debunking community came up with some answer: plasma or Ball Lighting.
That theory that a type of plasma discharge caused electrical interference for various reasons was shot down by Atmospheric Physicist Dr. James McDonald. In fact, he was surprised it was brought up and couldn't believe they tried to use it. After showing them what it meant to be out of their league he made enemies. Some of those enemies had jobs with Intelligence.
These powerful directed electrical anomalies can be considered significant proof of a real UFO encounter and no "proclamation explanation" can dismiss that. What further proof do I have? How about the people who were there!
